Bootcamp classes: These classes are a full body workout, fun and moderate to high intensity, 50min in total, warm up and stretching included. Hip Hop bootcamp class: If you like old school hip hop, this is your class. This is a higher intensity class done to the beat of your favorite old school tunes. A full body workout but with a little quicker pace.
